State Real Estate Commission

In Pennsylvania, certain professionals must be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth. Among those professionals that require licensure are real estate brokers and agents. The State Real Estate Commission issues and maintains licenses and writes the rules and regulations that all Pennsylvania licensees must follow. If you think, your broker or agent has violated the Real Estate Licensing and Registration Act or the Rules and Regulations of the State Real Estate Commission; you can file a complaint with the State Real Estate Commission. The Commission investigates complaints and if violations of the license law are found, sanctions can be imposed ranging from fines to license revocation.
