Pennsylvania REALTORS® Education Foundation Student Grant-In-Aid Program

The PREF Grant-In-Aid program encourages prospective agents to pursue a real estate career through assistance with post-high school real estate education.  The grant is funded through contributions from REALTORS®, many of which are made in honor of individuals for personal achievements, or in memory of REALTORS®.  A grant of at least $1000 is available annually to eligible applicants with an interest in pursuing a career in the real estate brokerage business.  The grant may be applied to an Associate or Bachelor degree in a real estate related program at an accredited Pennsylvania college or university, and will be sent directly to the institution.  Preference will be given to REALTORS® in good standing; their children and spouses; and their employees.  Candidates must be currently enrolled in a two or four year real estate related program at a Pennsylvania university or college, or document their intent to enroll in such a program within one year of the application deadline.  Applications must be submitted directly to PREF.  The annual deadline to apply is March 15.  For more information, please contact Sandi Baker at (717)561-1303 or sbaker@parealtor.org.
