GHRI Online Continuing Education

The Greater Harrisburg REALTORS^® Institute is committed to assisting all REALTORS^® in their quest for continuing education.  We offer 32 online courses to assist in you becoming educated about the most recent topics.  Before you view and register for the courses, please review the policies below.  Access to course description and registration is at the bottom of this page.

Registration/Cancellation

• Payments for online courses must be made with American Express, Visa or MasterCard.

• NO REFUNDS will be given once you have registered or purchased a course. Please make sure you’ve read all of the necessary information before making your purchase final.

System Requirements

It is your responsibility to make sure your computer meets the following requirements:

• Adobe AIR or Adobe AIR 2

• Microsoft Windows XP or higher

• PC Compatible Computer with 450 MHz Intel Pentium II processor (or equivalent) and later

• 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM

• Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher resolution video adapter and monitor

• Internet connection (minimum 56Kbps required, although we highly recommend a high speed connection such as DSL, cable or T1)

• Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater

• Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0

• Microsoft standard Arial, Times New Roman, Symbol and Windings fonts

• 100 MB available hard drive space (CE Course)

• 400 MB available hard drive space (Pre-license Course)

• Printer (for course documentation and Student Affadavit)

Most courses are supported by the Apple Macintosh platform

Course Administration

• If you are taking an online course through the Pennsylvania REALTORS^® Institute (PRI online), you must review their policies listed on their website at www.parealtor.org.

• You will have 180 days from the date of enrollment to complete the course.  EXCEPTION:  Per the Real Estate Commission, the course will expire on June 30, 2012.  To receive credit, the course must be completed by 12:00 a.m. on June 30 regardless of the enrollment date.

• You must successfully answer all of the questions in a module before moving to the next module. 

• You may email GHRI online at donna@ghar.info or call 717-364-3205 if you need assistance understanding course content or about material that is covered on a course. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. GHRI online will try to get back to you within 72 hours.
