Innovative Marketing
Techniques for Buyers Representatives
One of the reasons why licensees fail or
only achieve modest success is their inability to focus on the
consumer’s needs and to market their services accordingly. In the past,
marketing courses have dealt with marketing the seller’s property as
opposed to marketing to the buyer.
With buyer
representation now in the mainstream of the real estate profession, this
course addresses marketing for the buyer rep with the buyer’s interest
in mind. The course is broken down into nine modules including:
Identifying the target market, who they are and where they are,
generating new marketing ideas, how to use the buyer counseling session
to turn prospects into clients and how to eliminate the unmotivated,
unqualified and uncommitted buyer.

Sales (Elective Course for ABR Designation)

yet-to-be-constructed home. Unlike conventional home buyers, these
buyers are generally less knowledgeable about real estate than the home
sellers are, since the sellers of new homes are developers.
Learn how
the development and new home sales processes work, what kinds of
services a buyer needs, and where and how to find new home sales
business.
