2010 General Election
Tuesday, November 2

Polls open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 2. 

General Information:

On Tuesday, November 2, Pennsylvanians will go to the polls to elect candidates for a wide variety of national and state offices. Some of the offices candidates are seeking include:

United States Senate
United States Congress
Pennsylvania Governor
Pennsylvania Lieutenant Governor
Pennsylvania State Senate
Pennsylvania State House of Representatives

For information on registering to vote, please visit the Department of States' Web siteThe deadline to register for the General Election is October 4. 

If you will not be in your voting precinct on Election Day, the deadline to apply for a civilian absentee ballot is October 26.  You can find more information on applying for an absentee ballot on the Department of States' Web site (noted above).
