GHAR Staff

The Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® Association members are served by 5 full-time and 2 part-time staff members at its location in Enola The following are the job descriptions of the staff members and their e-mail addresses.

Kathy Ludwig, Executive Vice President

Responsible for the overall direction and management of the Association, School and Foundation. Works closely with the Association Board of Directors on the mission, strategic plan and budget for the Association. Serves as the School Director and provides overall direction for the school’s educational opportunities. Ensures that the Foundation’s objectives are carried out.

Lisa Aaron, Director of Professional Development

Serves as the Assistant School Director. Responsible for developing, planning and marketing of our pre-licensing, continuing education, appraisal, broker and designation courses. Handles the scholarship programs, new member orientation, information sessions and quadrennial ethics training. Executes grievance, professional standards and mediation procedures. 

Sherri Pursel, Government Affairs Director

Organizes the Association’s government affairs efforts. Responsible for grassroots advocacy, key contact program, candidate screening process and RPAC fundraising. Works with the ICI Board of Directors to provide services to our commercial members. Serves as the Association’s public relations liaison and prepares the Association’s press releases.

Sara Bloss, Member Services Manager

Plans the Association’s special events including the Annual Meeting, Holiday Lunch, Picnic, 1-2 Club, and Technology Lunch and Learns. Executes the Foundation’s fundraising events and programs. Responsible for the Association’s website and newsletter.  

Martha Cuneo, Membership Coordinator

Handles both the REALTOR® and affiliate membership process. Responsible for the dues billing. Serves as our onsite bookkeeper and handles the Association’s accounts payable and accounts receivables. Martha is also a notary.

Cindy Cuddeford, Office Manager

Provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President and the Government Affairs Director. Responsible for the Association’s Trade Fair, communication with the Association’s committees and rental of our classroom. Serves as staff liaison for the Thanksgiving Food Drive.

Liann Migash, Professional Development Coordinator

Assists in the planning, developing, marketing and implementing of school's courses. Serves as the school registrar. Assists the Director of Professional Development.

 Marika Chronister, Independent Contractor
Assists with the grievance and professional standards process for the Association.
